Kath Temple is known as The Success & Happiness Psychologist and she loves to influence influencers. She is a warm inspiring award-winning entrepreneur and social entrepreneur with a passion for truly making a BIG difference. Some of her clients call her The Jedi, and others say she is ‘The Queen of Empowering Others.’ Kath has worked with tens of thousands of people and young people, across the world to create long-lasting positive change, helping them win the inner and outer game of life. She has appeared on BBC, Channel 4, TEDx Great Wall of China, presented webinars with entrepreneurs from Dragons Den, has presented at the BBC with Dragon’s Den Entrepreneur Levi Roots, and is a regular on BBC Radio. Paul McKenna referred clients to her from 1999. She has run her own businesses for 23 years and is the Founder and CEO – Chief Enthusiasm Officer – of The Happiness Foundation, Temple Alternatives, The Lifelong Learning Company and Temple of Success.

Lieutenant General Davis took up his appointment as Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Gibraltar on 19th January 2016. For the previous 34 years, he has served in the Royal Marines and retired from the Naval Service in May 2016. His last Military appointment, before assuming his current appointment in Gibraltar, was as Deputy Commander of NATO Land Forces in Izmir Turkey. His previous appointments have included Commanding Officer of the Special Boat Service, Chief of Staff of Headquarters UK Special Forces, Commander 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines and Commandant General of the Royal Marines (including Commander of UK Amphibious Forces). As Commander 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines, Lieutenant General Davis commanded the 6555 multi-national personnel of the UK Task Force in Helmand Afghanistan during the period April to October 2011. He is currently the Vice President of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Children’s Fund Charity, Patron of 22 Gibraltarian Charities/Societies and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers. Lieutenant General Davis has been married to Mrs Lorraine Davis since 1987. His wife has actively supported him in his charitable patronages.

Darren GrechChief Secretary & Head of Civil Service - Government of Gibraltar.

Darren Grech is currently the Chief Secretary and Head of the Civil Service for HM Government of Gibraltar. He serves on several independent and statutory bodies like the Judicial Service Commission, the Gibraltar Police Authority, the Board of the Gibraltar Health Authority and the Public Service Commission. He previously served as acting Director of Education. During his career at Education he taught mathematics at Bayside School, was then promoted to Education Advisor with special responsibility for scholarships and higher education. He subsequently served as Senior Education Advisor, charged with the task of delivering on significant changes to education in Gibraltar which are now well underway. Darren graduated in mathematics from the University of Leicester in 1990, completing an additional Masters in Computer Science grounded on the mathematics and logical patterns of expert systems. He completed his teaching qualification at St Mary’s College, Twickenham and has obtained additional professional qualifications in Special Educational Needs and Leadership in Education. Darren is also an avid open water swimmer and is currently the president of Bluefin Open Water Swimming Club; he is the chairperson of the charity “A Pathway Through Pain”. In his little free time Darren enjoys family life and reading, especially poetry.
